Good Evening Ev,
A couple more starting with 5.
The Pioneer glaze item is shape 5022

The white glazed item is shape 5627.
FYI: This particular dish is a lab trial using a "once fire" process & imported stock litho. The glaze is a opaque white, not a clear glaze over white bisque body. The shape 5627 was used for production.

Re: Crown Lynn Shapes Discussion
Thank you so much Rufus!!
I checked out some Crown Lynn info that Heather sent a while ago and it shows that the 5 is the code for Basin jigger ware. I have only found pieces with the Cook & Serve stamp... none with numbers.
I'm enjoying your glaze descriptions Rufus

Ah Ha! so the Gunmetal Blue version that I have just posted as possible Titian
is an example of the original, thought it looked a bit familiar my C&S casserole is the larger version 5621 and is in Honey Glaze.

what sort of lid is that?
Has anyone noticed that the lid on this 5620 pot is not the standard casserole lid?
It does appear to fit.
Can anyone identify it?

Re: Crown Lynn Shapes Discussion
Yes I did notice that the knob was different, but as Rufus who posted the photo worked at Crown Lynn I didn't worry about it.
But now he has gone and we can't ask him anything : (
