Possible Carpay bowl.....
The bowl shape is certainly very similar to the drawing in our shape guide for 390.
Maybe we could try and work out manufacturing dates for the 1 to 881 series. Carpay was at CLP for such a short time it may be possible to match those dates up with the start of production for different shapes.

I may be able to help there. The 390 bowl (which I am certain this is) is described as a banded bowl and the series was first made in 1963.
Just to clarify though, there are earlier numbers that have later dates...ie a royal oak 310 made in 1964.
Perhaps Tom Clark had a wierd sense of humour and was determined to have his wares coded to eternity...
Cant help with the 'c' ...would be interesting to see the Carpay book and check out the patterns.
Val Monks book has Carpay at Crown Lynn from 53 -56....
