Could someone please explain the difference between the Crown Lynn stamp (with the 170 number stamped on the base of swan) and the 170 stamped on its own (without the Crown Lynn logo). I assume the Crown Lynn stamp with the number underneath would hold more value as a collector's piece? Thankyou!

Leigh

I dont know that the backstamp Crown Lynn makes alot of difference - the important thing is that it is easily identified as Crown Lynn by the number even in the absence of the Crown Lynn stamp. I will consult with Manos, he may know....my feeling is that they are equally sought after as Crown Lynn. Very Happy
