Identify this mug
Hi,
I am new here, I have found this mug while emptying my grand parents shed.
Can anyone tell me if it has any value and what is the history of these NZ potteries.
Thank you

Re: Identify this mug
Can you upload some photos so we can see.thank you.
We dont value items we are all about knowledge and learning by research or sharing knowledge about specific subjects that people have experience of.
Sometimes, doing a google image search helps or can lead you in the right direction to work out more information.
On the icon bar. Click the button shown.
Then " select files". Use the " blue upload" arrow button.
Then " insert all"
Then i " preview " the page before i "send" to make sure the image is showing.
Hope this helps

Re: Identify this mug
Yes we do research "everything" thats how Ev created the galleries and the webpage. Then when people provide information that is also added.
I guess it depends what information you want.
On the top bar you will see a search button. For example if you type Apollo ( being the pattern name of the white plate)it will bring up loads of threads / posts of information.
It doesn't like numbers, just words haha.
I usually start there or go through the galleries which are based on museum records.
There are also some Crown Lynn and.New Pottery books that have valuable information to learn too
