Oh my goodness this is a Crown Lynn Shape 1193 Dutch Casserole and the lid is Shape 1194

Kotuku, these were made by Crown Lynn at the Luke Adams factory in Christchurch when it was owned by Crown Lynn.
You were certainly on the right track with your findings
