Lime green vase with rich gold trim on handles. 26.5 cm long 8.5 cm high. Capital A inside a circle is incised on base.
Have checked Spartan Products and a few other gallery sites to no avail. Has that 1950 s look but need help to identify company/potter please. Is this Vase with gold trim Crown Lynn Img_2411

Hi there, the shape was made by Crown Lynn as Shape 554.
However I don't think this was made by Crown Lynn as it has been fired on stilts.
The glaze colour is not like anything I've seen before either.
Perhaps someone used the Crown Lynn mould and made this.
That's what I reckon Very Happy

Yes A will be the maker and it would be great if they came forward to claim this vase as their own Very Happy

Stilts are used on low temperature glazes, not like the Moonstone white Crown Lynn glazes that had an unglazed footring.
