Help identify potter please

Purchased this stunning piece locally and would appreciate help identifying potter.
Oversized goblet form 20cm high.
Barium blue over green glaze (like Graeme Storm).
Bronzed stem and lip.
Makers mark could be SR

This is supremely stunning

I've never seen that mark before, or work like this.

There is more than a chance that this was made overseas somewhere.

This will most probably be the right way up for the mark, as potters stamped near to them.
