This shape reminds me of Flower Beauty vases.
Several potteries made the Flower Beauty vases including Titian Potteries and Crown Lynn plus some in Australia.
The shape reminds me of Shape 2098 without the base 'stand'.
I don't have any records that are a match, but that's the best I can find.

If it was made by Crown Lynn it would have a four digit number on the base
Not everything was numbered.

Typically things numbered had a number with a "." after the number, most of the time. Unless they forgot.
Then there's a large number of items that were not stamped, though they may have had a label which has since washed/worn off.
It's a bit of a hunt...

Similar but it is stamped unlike the OP version. Unstamped from the same place in Japan would be unusual given their attention to detail.
