5617 Dual Cutout Cover

Many thanks to Melody for the photos 
This is an Insulation Cup Cover and is in the records as a Dual Cutout Cover and I would never have guessed they were one and the same, until Melody posted them on Facebook along with the usual Insulation Cup.
Melody confirmed that they were 95mm high
These are vitrified and were first made 25.5.68.
