Is this Crown Lynn?

I know this is a long shot, but the front of this just just reminded me of the 2160 vase with the little scrolls. Doesn't feel right, but had to ask.

I agree that the base doesn't look right and I've never seen anything with those funny feet 
It's probably from the same era as the 2160 which was the 1980's.
