Hi all, this plate has a central picture of a white rose, with gilt gold around the edges. Looks like a display plate, but I'd be interested if there if there is a story behind it.Is there a story for this plate? 20220116

It's a Cake Plate and was very popular in the 1950's and 60's.
The pattern may have matched a Dinner Set, as many did.
A great gift back then.
