Re: Barry Brickell Passes away
Sadly it is true. His death is being reported on the net. It sounds as if he has been ill for a while and has had friends around him preparing the way.

Oh I hadn't heard, but even though it has been widely reported that he was very ill and in a Hospice it is still a shock. Such a brilliant man in so many ways. Rest easy in Potter's Heaven Barry.

A great tribute and short film about Barry

Someone recently told me that the railway was designed for the bush to swallow it up after Barry died. I can't recall who said that, but I sure hope it doesn't happen.

I heard that too that the native bush was planted, so that eventually that whole area would become a native bush area...once again !
