Could this be the 3017 Cup altered 752 with 782 Handle?

Maybe it is some other shape as the 782 is a coffee can and the handle differs.

According to Portage it is the 832 breakfast cup, like the Fiesta Gaye one I have.

The word "Father" on the listed cup is an indication that it is a breakfast cup or "Father's cup".
Funny you should mention the 3017 Ev as I was just thinking about it.
I see from the shape number photos that you just posted that it was the 754 rather than the 752 that survived past 1964 so a 3017 would be an interesting find.
I'm going to check the handles on my 754s (not 752s as far as I know) as I know that two have different handles.
