How exciting to see the last Moko dish !!
Mark Cleverley designed these for a give away for Foodtown customers, Xmas 1970.
They came with packaging that had the same design. I have since seen that very same Moko design on something else and have a reference somewhere on my files.

Long time no post...just had a search to see if I could turn up any info on this little dish I've had a for a decade or more (it's about 14cm long) and voila! good timing and good info thanks Ev. Unfortunately the glaze is a bit off on mine - the chocolate looking overglaze is laid on a bit thick I think, so the lighter brown moko pattern is not very distinct.Crown Lynn with Maori patterns Mokodi10
