We went on a 2 day trip to pick up a trademe listing. On the way bought heaps. For someone who said " I don't collect anymore"  lol...I think I was mistaken lol 😆
Bythe way the black Swan looks the shape of a male swan but it's not the real deal. I just liked it and thought. ..why not

Jolly good show Janice!
So how do you know that the Swan isn't the real deal?
Do you know who made it?

The swan base is flat and does have a partial number 066 which could be 2066 ? But has the 3 tripod dots from firing.
But it feels lighter than the male 170 that I have and it's smaller.

The last photo shows the number and the triipod marks

Yes indeed it is a copy, though it was the large female swan that had the number 2066.
Crown Lynn didn't remake the Male Swan, but someone else did.
It is good to look and learn and you have learnt a lot Janice, as have I and many others.
