I am not sure that this vase is from Salisbury because the decoration is in a more detailed hand painted style.  Oakpot, I am wondering if you can help us again here. 18 cm.

If the flowers are hand painted, it is a Harwyn vase. This blank seems to be a popular
HARWYN POTTERY shape.

There is a photo of a painted kingfisher in Gail Henry's first book.
Portage Museum has a blank with hand painted flowers (artist--Mollie Forrest).
