I got it from John in May 2008 .... Very Happy
It reminds me of Studio Anna ware...... I love it btw !

The TradeMe one looks similar to the Diana Pottery pieces decorated by Norman Sherratt which had an S for Special on them. Sherratt later also decorated pieces for Studio Anna.

Similarities even though the pic is rather small.

Found another auction that looks so similar to my dish...

the dish is the same shape this time...
Yes the fantail is a wee bit different ..
The writing looks to be from the same hand.....?
Will I ever be sure though??????

Right so today I found a dish the same shape as this, with aboriginal drawings on it and it didn't have any markings, but there was a little sticker that said ......... *drum roll*
