The Portage Ceramic Trust Collection queries.
This is a fantastic resource and because of the huge quantity of items it is understandable that there will be some queries. The people who identified and catalogued and photographed this collection were not Crown Lynn enthusiasts like many of us. This topic is to keep track of these queries so that when the Portage Ceramics Museum opens we can check them out against the data that they have.
I am not going to add comments to their site as I don't think their aim is to add to their information. I would rather wait to see what they are after if anything.
The first incorrect entry that I noticed were the Bic Pen Pots which were made by Orzels and identified by Cameron and Beverly Brown. As one of the Portage Bic pot entries has the four digit number B5043, this needs to be checked out
I have quite a list, but I've run out of time again.....

Great spotting Kat as we took the initiative with the 427

So we must check this out when visiting the Museum too.

I go along with that as the 781 cup goes with the Coupe shaped ware.
