Christopher Vine Temuka
YASSSSS!!! Found a piece at last. I'm surprised that this ware hasn't been added to the site already, as it's rather popular on TradeMe.
This has been handpainted and if anyone knows who the designer was please let us know. All I could find out was that this range was made in about 1995. Though I did find an Architect/Potter with the name of Christopher Vine in Nelson and perhaps he is the connection?

Christopher Vine Made in Australia
Ev funny, I never thought to put this on the site either! I have a little lidded pot that is marked Christopher Vine Design made in Australia. The text of Christopher Vine Design is the same font as my Temuka examples. I am having a bad moment with my camera at present so can't show a pic.

Re: Christopher Vine Temuka
I will be interested to find out the story behind that too, as I haven't found much on the net, but I haven't spent a lot of time looking either.

Also I found http://www.cvd.com.au/ and there is a facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cvinedesign and a photo! http://www.tplicensing.com/brands/christophervine/default.php
This is my massive Christopher Vine Quiche or flan dish. I love it because it is 55mm high and 260mm diameter, so a better size that most on the market. Same stamp as Ev's jug.

Re: Christopher Vine Temuka
When first looking for info on Christopher Vine, I found a potter-architect in Nelson. I have a strong feeling this auction is one of his pieces. Not to be confused with the Australian Christopher Vine label.
Re: Christopher Vine Temuka
How pleased was I to find a cup and saucer to match my sweet little jug for $2 !!!
The cup has a raised NZ on the base and the saucer has a shop sticker that says $34.95, so I image that would be for a full set ...?

Temuka blue/green tartan pattern and shapes
Hoping these come through. We use a apple computer and these tend to differ from PC's.n If these come through they are for the gallery.
