Broken hearted

 
Away for the long weekend, driving home and heard there had been a earthquake in our region. That last 3 hours travel was nerve racking not knowing what we'd find at home.
Lots of ornaments etc thrown off shelves but 3 things broken
1 My huge stoppered jug by Royce McGlashan (which was on the floor and something dropped on it)
2 My one and only Frank Finnigan pot
3 A old 1930s cat, his tail snapped off ( all cats landed on floor but only the most prized one broken) murphy's law  
All have been reglued but now they have lost their shine (if you know what I mean)
Oh and a leak around my flue but that can be fixed good as new.
Oh well good excuse to Op shop and garage sale.
Will post pics of my new finds -Wishful thinking
