I don't know why Crown Lynn branded some of the Titian products 'Titian Pottery' - this is a four digit number and after the Crown Lynn takeover... maybe it was an attempt to tap into the hand-potted market?
Anyway. This little spice jar is 6 cm tall. It has a cork.
