I would also like to know who made this range of pottery, as I see quite a bit of it around and it always has the same glazing and clay body.

Lovely jug which has a very similar look to my Bendigo pottery Bottle.

Could it be that they made it? Does the jug have any marks? 

The Bendigo piece is well marked and my research notes say that
 BS Bendigo TE is mark of thrower Terence Emond Sept 1978-1980.

No it has no makers marks, the Lion Label has NZ Breweries Auckland Branch..
Do they have Cobb & Co in Aussie?
It actually has a Stewart Pottery texture..Original Earthenware maybe?Suspect
