These were first made at the Titian factory in December 1969 and were on display at the Crown Lynn 246 Dinnerware Centre in 1970.

Just found an entry in the Decoration Advices -
Deco No. 309 Lamp Shade (Titian)

Thanks to Simon Barthorpe for showing this gorgeous lamp shade at the Crown Lynn Collector's Market yesterday and to Val Monk for taking the photo of it and sharing it with us.

1075 Lamp Shade first made 11.12.1964
