Looking good
Did you check all of the bases for numbers before you put them up high

Re: my four digit coffee pots find their new home
Thanks Jeremy as I was able to hunt out this set and find the number from the other pieces in the gallery and put the 1099 coffee pot into the gallery.
Here is the original set photo - http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t1167-part-one-of-my-treasure-trove
I have a feeling that mrnarna doesn't get notifications any more .....?

Re: my four digit coffee pots find their new home
Thanks Ev,
I've been dithering about buying this set (without cups) for a few weeks. If I get it today I will post with base pictures to show numbers.
I've been wondering about mrnarna's absence myself.

Well I did it, finally.
The mark on the jug appears to be 1103 but not good enough to photo.
There are no markings at all on the sugar bowl.

Re: my four digit coffee pots find their new home
The sugar is 1102 and the jug is 1103 and are in the gallery though I will replace the sugar and the coffee pot as your photos are clearer thanks Jeremy.
Just want to mention that these were first made in December 1970 and then in October 1971 the jug was numbered 6037.
The mug that goes with this set is 1101 and is in the gallery.
