Symphony Cream
An exciting find today, I scored a complete 4 place setting set of Symphony Cream in the original carton and packaging , never been used, wow!.
The real find is that of the pieces included , C&S Side Plate, Sweet Bowl and Luncheon Plate only two are decorated with the Symphony Cream design on white body as already shown in the gallery and they are numbered d 24050 the other pieces the C&S and the sweet are simply plain, cream the same as the cream of the design and white underneath or inside in the case of the cups and numbered d 19300.
So maybe this is why we are having some problems finding names for plain pieces with number only ie they often did a similar thing with other designs and sets?
Makes sense in a way as far as keeping the costs down.
