Hon-john came across a hoard of Orzel pottery ...

Hon-john is quite excited as all of the pottery has been packed in boxes ever since the factory closed down. John has sent us these pics to show some examples of the many pieces that he has.

Wow, what a find!

I've asked John if the Tall Lamp Base has any numbers on it -
as it looks like the Metropolatin [sp?] ware that is sometimes listed as Crown Lynn on TradeMe.
This ware has numbers with dots before and after just like Crown Lynn, but doesn't match up with any of the drawings and descriptions of Crown Lynn ware.

I'm not sure if all of these lovely pieces are made using the Orzel brand, as they have that quality Aquila look to them. But as John has sent them to the site as Orzel I will add them to the Gallery as that until further info comes to hand.
